I don't think they are worth $100 just depends on how much you use them though. they do help though I could never keep my contacts in because my eyes would start to hurt but with these glasses They don't bother me any more. does sharpen color biggest changes obviously is when playing games. Over all they do help.

I highly recommend Gunnar glasses for anyone who spends long periods of time in front of a computer or TV screen.

The glasses gets some time to get use to, but once you eyes have adjusted i think they work great.
